The addition and renovations to Sir Sandford Fleming College began in the spring of 2001 and was completed in January 2003. This is a $9,000,000 project for the construction of an energy-efficient building using state-of-the-art engineering design principles. The Prime Consultant is Line Architect and the Mechanical Consultant is Keen Engineering.

During the summer of 2005 we are completely renovating the boiler room of this school. The old steam boiler and heat exchanger system is being replaced with a new boiler, new circulating pumps, piping and a new gymnasium air handling unit.

This is an approximately 190,000 square foot addition to an existing auto parts plant. We are installing the building heatiing, ventilating and plumbing systems.

We are replacing the existing boilers and a majority of the boiler room piping during the summer of 2004. There is also minor work with plumbing fixture removals and relocations taking place.

The project of upgrades to the existing plant began in the fall of 2003 and will be complete in the spring of 2004. A new digester is being added. We are installing the digester gas piping, which feeds the boiler heating the facility. We are also installing new heating pumps to feed a new sludge heat exchanger located in the basement of the plant.
